Our Best Affiliate Tool Yet!

The ill-fated Uncle of Peter Parker once said “With great power, comes great responsibility“; The new tool we have for you is going to increase your affiliate marketing power massively! Thankfully, the only responsibility bestowed upon you as a result of gaining this power, is to make lots of money, so we don’t think you’ll mind too much.

Introducing our new, super simple to set up, Deal Page tool!

Deal Page Example

This tool allows you to essentially create your own Daily Deals area on your website by automatically pulling in the latest deals for the city that you specify. All with one line of code!

If you’re a travel website, you may wish to set your default city to ‘Getaways‘, likewise if you’re a site with an audience which spans the whole country, you should set your default city to ‘Goods‘ which is our newly re-branded National Deals section. If your audience are generally from a specific city, that should be the city you choose as default to generate maximum conversions. There is a drop-down menu to change city built into the tool, so you don’t have to worry about people not being able to see deals for their city.

We’re really excited to see how this changes your promotion of Groupon. Many of you having been asking for this for a long time, so we’re pleased to finally be able to let you have it!

Head over to the Deal Page tool now to grab your code and please do give us any feedback in the comments!

Looks good guys. Is it possible to add a filter to just show UK getaway deals i.e. http://getaways.groupon.co.uk/filter:13? At the moment we’re doing this manually – http://www.holidaysintheuk.com/deals/ but would like to use this widget :-) Thanks

    • Patrick says:

      Hi John,

Glad you like it. Unfortunately you can’t filter off just UK Getaways at the moment. The iframe will show the top 4 Getaway deals.
Thanks for your feedback, we will be making changes to the iframe in the future and will take this in to consideration.

Give us a shout if you need anything else.

      Cheers,
      Patrick.

Is there a way to filter out deals relating to a specific activity i.e. in our cases skiing snowboarding or indoor ski slopes?

    • Bill says:

      Thanks for the question.

You will be able to use filtering like this in Version 2.0 which will be released towards the end of this month/beginning of next!

Hi. Do you have an extension for Joomla?

    • Dobromir says:

Hi Paul. We don’t currently have an extension specifically for Joomla, however, you should find that you can place our 300×250 widget into a custom module – does that work for you?
